Terms and Conditions for Online Credit Card Payments
By purchasing any item from or making any donation (s) to The Rotary Club of Edmonton Trust Fund at www.edmontonrotary.org.uk, regardless of how you reached the page and which device you are using, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. The Rotary Club of Edmonton Trust Fund is a registered charity. Charity number 1006502.
2. The Rotary Club of Edmonton Trust Fund reserves the right to change or terminate these Terms and Conditions at any point, as well as any product description, information or price.
3. All event orders are subject to availability and The Rotary Club of Edmonton Trust Fund reserves the right to refuse to accept any order to any individual. All event activities may have additional terms and conditions.
4. The Rotary Club of Edmonton Trust Fund reserves the right to vary event registration fees and the process of any goods or services without notice.
5. If you purchase an item via a third party e.g. Pay Pal you will receive a communication confirming the details of the items you have purchased.
6. Refunds – Refunds may be granted at the discretion of the Rotary Club of Edmonton Trust Fund.
7. Delivery – Items will be processed for postage within three working day of funds being cleared/notification of purchase.
8. The Rotary Club of Edmonton Trust Fund can only accept online orders which have delivery addresses within the UK.
9. Payment – All payments made to The Rotary Club of Edmonton Trust Fund are secure. The pages which take personal and payment details are via Sumup. Sumup accepts most VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Maestro debit and credit cards. The The Rotary Club of Edmonton Trust Fund does not hold any payment card data.
